After plumbing the depths of Christian theology for the first eleven chapters of Romans, the apostle Paul gets very practical in chapter 12. In verse 13 he describes one of the marks of a true Christian as being "given to hospitality." As a church family, we take this command seriously. That's why on fifth Sundays we have a church-wide fellowship in each others' homes.
The evening service begins early, at 5:00. Then at 6:00, members of our church family host other families in their homes for a time of icebreakers, food and Christian fellowship. Each family brings food to enjoy together and break bread just as the early church did in Acts 2:42 and 46.
